Das Unternehmen wurde 1989 gegründet und beschäftigte sich zu Beginn mit industriellen Gravuren, welche ausschließlich durch den Einsatz modernster CNC - Technologie gefertigt wurden.
Heute fertigen wir alle Arten von mechanischen Teilen für den Maschinenbau insbesondere für den Sondermaschinenbau. Teilweise werden komplette Baugruppen gefertigt und auf Wunsch auch montiert. Hier liegt der Fokus vor allen Dingen auf Einzelstücken und Kleinserien.
Im Bereich Laserbearbeitung, Gravur und Kennzeichnung, verfügen wir
über Anlagen in beiden Technologien, Faser und CO2 Laser.
Es lassen sich fast beliebige Grafiken bzw. Symbole aufbringen, QR-Code, Barcodes oder Serialnummern sind möglich.
Bereich Fräsbearbeitung:
• bis zu 600 x 500 x 300 5 achsig (Hermle C30)
• bis zu 750 x 650 x 560 5 achsig (DMU 75 monoBLOCK)
• bis zu 800 x 800 x 100 3 achsig
• 3/4 achsig Manteltransformation auf Zylinderoberflächen bis D 150 mm auf einer Länge von bis zu 500 mm
Bereich Drehbearbeitung:
• Drehen bis ø 240 und einer Länge von 500 mm (DMG CTX Alpha 500)
Komplettbearbeitung durch Gegenspindel, Sternrevolver und angetriebene Werkzeuge
Laserbearbeitung:
• Co2 Laser 1016 x 610 x 305 mm x / 4. Achse bis ø 250 mm (trotec Speedy 400)
• Galvo Faser Laser (MOPA) 630 x 600 x 570 / 4. Achse bis ø 200 mm ((trotec Speedmark 700)
Wir fertigen Einzelstücke genauso gerne wie Serien, in kleinen bis mittlere Stückzahlen.
Wir verarbeiten alle fast alle Arten von zerspanbaren Materialien.
Angefangen von Edelstahl über Stahl, Aluminium, Kupfer, Kunststoff, Messing oder Keramik, dazu gehören auch etliche “Exoten“
Wir verfügen über 3 CAD/CAM Arbeitsplätze, auf denen wir mit der CAD/CAM Software Visi von Vero arbeiten. Darüber hinaus kommt egdecam für die Drehbearbeitung zum Einsatz.
Zu unseren Kunden zählen Firmen aus dem Handwerk und der mittelständischen Industrie, genauso wie weltweit agierende Konzerne.
