ComplySAFE is the essential compliance system for organisations of any size.
The system is made up of two modules.
The first module helps you to identify the legal obligations that apply to your organisation and provides you with the guidance and templates you need to understand and meet those obligations. ComplySAFE does this by making an assessment of the legal form of you organisation and the activities it conducts, and then generates a list of the primary legal and regulatory requirements that apply to your organisation. It also includes workflow management functionality where tasks are sub-divided into categories, so that large compliance projects are arranged into smaller achievable sections. In addition, the system allows areas of compliance management to be delegated to other members of the organisation so that responsibility for achieving compliance does not fall to just one member. ComplyLSAFE will also allow you to set alerts for potential compliance deadlines.
The second module within ComplySAFE assists organisation in on-boarding employees, contractors and volunteers, particularly where the organisation conducts activities involving children or vulnerable persons. ComplySAFE tracks and stores your organisations vetting applications, giving you a full audit trail to evidence your compliance efforts.
ComplySAFE Limited may also act on your behalf in the administration of vetting applications with the National Vetting Bureau (a division of An Garda Síochána).
