Concept Plastics was incorporated in 1992 when Wil Robertson and Bart Cooke were presented with a unique situation. Both had been employed with Plastics Maritime Ltd., the largest plastics company in Atlantic Canada. At that time, Plastics Maritime Ltd. made a corporate decision to end its Custom Fabrication Division, which employed both Wil and Bart.
Facing the possibility of being unemployed and having a solid knowledge of the customer base and product line, Wil and Bart decided the timing was right to start Concept Plastics to continue servicing the customers they were familiar with.
Although our primary market has been Eastern Canada, Concept Plastics Inc. has noted sales both nationally and internationally as well. Our main products are high quality acrylic displays and bulk food bins for the grocery industry, but we also manufacture industrial linings, brochure holders and replacement parts for both industrial and medical equipment.
