Constant Change has also published over 1300 inspirational quotes as well. In addition, Constant Change has given speeches to non-profit groups, professional organizations, and women's clubs. Michelle has also been asked to return as a speaker for a number of clients as well. She had taught two sessions of G.R.I.T.™, a program she created for at-risk women. She also created B.Y.N.K.™, a program she created for at-risk youth. Constant Change, LLC also is a proud empowerment partner with FITGirl, Inc - a teenage girl empowerment organization based in Omaha, Nebraska. Michelle writes for this organization on a regular basis and heads the empowerment pieces at FITGirl's Summer Camp each year. With FITGirl Inc's Founder, Cheri Dickmeyer, Constant Change created a 6 week program called EMPOWERU for girls ages 8-14. Michelle's writing has been featured on Lifehack.org and she has written other guest posts as well.
