Nata in Sicilia nel 2010, riunisce un gruppo di naturalisti e guide AIGAE che da anni si occupano di educazione ambientale, escursionismo in natura, turismo sostenibile, reti di sentieristica, ricerca scientifica e in generale di tutto ciò che riguarda la tutela e la valorizzazione delle aree naturali siciliane.
Spinti dalla passione per la grande ricchezza naturalistica della nostra isola, abbiamo voluto dar vita a questa realtà con la quale intendiamo dare il nostro contributo alla nascita di un nuovo e più armonico rapporto con il territorio e l’ambiente, fondato sulla conoscenza e sul rispetto degli ecosistemi e della biodiversità.
Proponiamo escursioni in natura, attività didattiche e di educazione ambientale per bambini e adulti, corsi di birdwatching, herping, micologia e riconoscimento piante alimurgiche. Ci avvaliamo inoltre della collaborazione di guide turistiche abilitate per percorsi urbani e tour.
We were born in Sicily in 2010 as a group of nature experts and guides, who have been dealing with environmental education and training, hiking in nature, sustainable tourism, trail networks, scientific research, protection and enhancement of Sicilian natural areas.
Driven by the passion for the great natural heritage of our island, we want to give our contribution to the birth of a new relation with the territory and the environment, founded on knowledge and respect for ecosystems and biodiversity.
We propose nature trails, environmental education activities for children and adults, seminars and courses about birdwatching, herping, mycology and alimurgical plants. We also cooperate with licensed tour guides for city tours focused on art, history and culture.
