Together, women are invincible.  Although, in our professional lives we have been raised to compete fiercely as opposed to lifting each other up.  As we look around the industry, there is a wave of change and a new, inspiring determination for women to band together for mutual benefit.  It is in this spirit that CORE CONNECT was born.  We are a group of female aviation professionals, passionate about supporting each other through networking and connectivity within our industry. CORE CONNECT seeks to be the central resource that brings female professionals and organizations together.  We join companies, individuals, seminars, coaching teams, networking groups, and research studies together under one CORE philosophy.  To drive success, and gender equity we must support each other and connect with each other’s initiatives.    CORE CONNECT will bring female professionals together for networking and professional advancement.  We will provide resources to companies helping them to achieve gender balance via industry studies, best practices and coaching.  We will connect job seekers to companies looking for talent.  CORE will promote aviation groups dedicated to female advancement and empowerment.  We believe that creating gender equity is achieved through collaboration and partnership.  While embracing existing resources and organizations, we are creating a central hub for information and connectivity.  Join us as we band together to create a sustainable movement that propels us forward and paves the way for future generations to fulfill their aviation dreams from the bench, the to the pilot seat to the C suite.   Lets Connect!
