Core Learning is the learning and development arm of Core, Ireland’s largest marketing communications company. Core has won "Agency Network Of The Year" at the Irish Media Awards 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
We operate a state of the art learning facility that offers courses for advertisers, advertising agencies, media owners and anyone using digital platforms. Courses are open to all.
What sets Core Learning apart from other training companies is that our courses are created and led by senior professionals who work in Core. Our facilitators live and breathe media every day. With expertise in media buying, media insights, media planning and digital we ensure our courses are rooted in the real world.
The courses are based on a “practical things you can do” platform, tailored to a range of training needs, from those beginning their career to those who wish to refresh their skills.
All courses are fully interactive. Practical tasks are reinforced by clearly explained theory, placing concepts in perspective. While it is important to know your media language and definitions – to be competitive we explore how this affects business and how companies can use this understanding of media to create better connections and experiences for their customers and consumers.
We have a special focus on digital. As a result, Core Learning has launched with courses covering mobile, social and search. But traditional media is still catered for with more than 20 courses tailored to understanding and getting the most out of your media choices. To cover emerging trends, courses are offered in analytics and using data to unlock brand growth. Demystifying media myths and understanding how media agencies work are also part of the curriculum.
