Cornflower is an established provider of Project Interim HR/L&D/OD support and consultancy.
HISTORY
Cornflower HR Services is headed up by Founder and Director Helen Andrews Patey, an HR/L&D/OD Professional 20 years experience as a generalist practitioner and specialist Project Manager.
The Cornflower organisation formed in 2007 and has traded as a Limited Company (2007-2014) and a Sole Trader (2015-2019).
Since 2015 Helen has also operated under her own name in the Wellbeing and Personal Development space providing coaching and wellbeing services to individuals and other consultants.
In 2018 the Cornflower organisation merged and rebranded bringing both aspects of the business under one banner reflecting the diversity of projects and assignments it delivers across HR/L&D/OD and Wellbeing disciplines.
