We are trying to solve the existing problems of declining customer satisfaction issues, faced by CoR Porates & Startup’s, by the use of Technology and AI. The aim is to take the CoR Porates & Startup’s experience to the next level in the Corporate Accommodation segment i.e. Boutique Hotels, Serviced Apartments & Relocation.
Some unique features that set us apart and make us different and better from existing players are Automated Pre check-in, automated express checkouts and automated room service ordering, we call this “OomS Experience”.

We are trying to keep our properties close to Corporate Hubs and also close to recreation places wherein the corporate guests can spend a fun filled exciting evening with excellent food, drinks and party places. Good Connectivity to metro stations and airports is also an important selection criterion for any guest house to be on our list.
