Nestled amongst the undulating hills of north-east Devon, on the edge of Exmoor, we set out to brew great beers with our very own borehole water source from deep beneath the brewery.
Our award-winning bottle conditioned ales are unfiltered, with natural finings so they're vegan friendly. We pride ourselves on environmentally friendly production, with non-harmful product.
In 2024 we achieved the second stage of recognition in our quest to be plastic free, becoming a Silver Status Exmoor Plastic Free Champion, and were awarded Gold for our Sustainability at the FoodDrinkDevon awards.in October 2024. We're also a business champion for the North Devon Biosphere and donate to CareMoor for Exmoor for every bottle of The Gatherings amber ale sold.
Our Black IPA, Panther, won Best New Drink Product 2024-25 at the Food Drink Devon Awards night in October 2024, also being judged at Platinum level. Hit for Six, our Copper IPA, was also highly acclaimed at Platinum level.
