China International Personnel Training Centre (CIPTC) is a Government owned company which recruits Foreign Teacher for the Educational Bureau in Shenzhen, China. We are a professional company committed to professional development of all of our staff and teachers. This year marks CIPTC’s 30th year of operation and we continue to expand our boundaries as well as our international family. Currently, we have more than 300 Foreign Teachers on staff working on our behalf throughout the Futian, Nanshan, Bao’an, Luohu, Longhua, Pingshan, Yantian and Guangming Districts of the city. Our goal is to internationalize education in the public sector, and create a relaxed and friendly environment to enable students to gain confidence in their spoken English. We take professionalism in teaching seriously, and as part of that commitment we offer regular professional development sessions and have put into place a Mentorship Program for new arrivals to assist our staff in their own growth, enabling them to reach higher standards both in the short term and in the future.
