Who Mark Is: Mark Groves is a Human Connection Specialist whose own rock bottom -- after the end of a relationship -- prompted him to train and immerse himself in the science of positive psychology (AKA the science of how to have an awesome life and feel awesome-r).
I publish weekly (ish) on www.CreateTheLove.com and have a growing community on my Instagram (@createthelove) where I post daily inspiration in the areas of motivation, relationships and dating. I'm in love with the science and psychology what makes great relationships work.
