Cristallo Learning provides the following services: Tutoring Engaging and effective one-on-one and small group literacy tutoring Curriculum & Training Evidence-based, multi-sensory literacy curriculum and training for grades K-12 Consulting Assessments, strategies and best practices in literacy instruction --------------------------------------------------------------------------- About Us: The owner and founder of Cristallo Learning, Crystal Bieter, M.Ed., has 18 years of experience in the field of education and youth programming, providing leadership in both in school and non-profit settings, working with students in grades K-12. She has extensive education and experience in curriculum and program design, and innumerable achievements and accolades in the areas of teaching, coaching, mentoring, and professional development. She is a licensed 7th-12th Grade English teacher, and holds a Masters of Education in English with an emphasis on Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Minnesota, as well as Bachelors of Science degrees in Secondary Education and English from Saint Cloud State University. She has worked in urban, suburban, public and private school districts across the metro area, including recent experience working with students with special needs as a Literacy Coach in the Institute of Professional Learning at Groves Academy, a private school for students diagnosed with Dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning disabilities. As the current Academic Director of the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities, Crystal is responsible for the design and implementation of literacy and social-emotional learning curriculum across all Minneapolis and Saint Paul club sites. In this role, she sets educational strategy, and provide coaching, curriculum, and professional development trainings for site leaders, education staff, and volunteers.
