Mijn naam is Allard, en ik ben een zelfstandig applicatiebeheerder en Unix consultant met maar liefst 24 jaar aan IT-ervaring. Mijn carrière begon met een degelijke opleiding en een vruchtbare periode van 13 jaar bij IBM. Vervolgens heb ik mijn expertise aangescherpt tijdens een periode van 4 jaar waarin ik gedetacheerd was bij ING.
In 2016 heb ik de stap gezet om mijn eigen onderneming, CrocIT, op te richten. Sindsdien werk ik aan diverse projecten in zowel de financiële sector als binnen de overheid. Mijn specialiteit ligt in migratieprojecten, waarbij ik bijvoorbeeld overgangen realiseer van Redhat 6 naar Redhat 8, en dat niet alleen binnen hetzelfde datacenter, maar ook tussen verschillende datacenters.
Wat mijn werkzaamheden nog boeiender maakt, is mijn passie voor automatisering. Ik configureer Weblogic en JBoss omgevingen moeiteloos via automationtools zoals Ansible. Ook ben ik bedreven in het configureren van F5 BIG-IP en XebiaLabs XL Deploy om ervoor te zorgen dat uw IT-omgeving soepel en efficiënt draait.
