CROSSING is a Brazilian startup with a focus on rare diseases, which is born from a co-creation based on real facts. Its creator, Andréa Soares, has a rare disease called AIH. Since October 2015, when the project was born, it has been rethought to act actively in the improvement and day-to-day care of patients, family members and the entire community that somehow connects to the subject, using the varied resources and possibilities that technology allows.
