CU Living staat voor een uniek woon en ontmoeting concept voor ouderen en jongen met als bindende factor cultuur. Doel is om met respect al basis mensen te verbinden en inspireren.
Het concept rust op 5 pijlers Uniek en Centraal, Duurzaam, Sociaal en Service.
Deze vertalen zich niet alleen in de bedrijfsvoering maar ook in het ontwerp.
Zo zijn, onder meer, ruime gemeenschappelijke ruimtes om mensen een plek te geven om ongedwongen samen te komen erg belangrijk evenals duurzame energievoorzieningen in en om het gebouw. Daarbij gaan we samenwerkingen aan met lokale/sociale organisaties en is het concept gevestigd in prachtige monumentaal gebouw dit alles om een toonaangevend voorbeeld te zijn in sociaal ondernemerschap voor de regio.
De doelgroepen waar CU Living op focust liggen momenteel ver uit elkaar namelijk ouderen en jongeren. Voor beide groepen zien wij dezelfde maatschappelijke bedreigingen. Namelijk woning tekorten en individualisering.
Het verbinden van deze groepen gebeurt door op een natuurlijk wijze door ze samen te leven en culture en sociale activiteiten te organiseren.
CU Living draagt op deze manier bij een aan betere wereld voor jong en oud. Met daarbij het behoud van unieke gebouwen en cultureel erfgoed.
Graag gaan wij de strijd aan met maatschappelijke problemen als kerken leegstand, eenzame ouderen en individualisering van jongeren.
