CuraPlus is gespecialiseerd in het oplossen van personele en inhoudelijke vraagstukken bij zorginstellingen werkzaam in GHZ, GGZ en jeugdzorg. In de concrete invulling komt dit voornamelijk neer op interim werk, detachering, werving & selectie en training & coaching.
Voor deze werkzaamheden hebben wij op dit moment een toereikend aantal zorgprofessionals in dienst. Desondanks zijn wij altijd op zoek naar nieuwe medewerkers. Ons doel als organisatie is om de kwaliteit van de zorg in Nederland te vergroten. Wij willen dit o.a. doen door een grotere groep werknemers met een nog grotere diversiteit in kwaliteiten te creëren. Deze mensen kunnen dan samen de ‘personele gaten’ die er vallen, crisis teams, moeilijke fases van cliënten, ziektevervanging of andere vraagstukken bij verschillende zorginstellingen kwalitatief goede invulling geven.
Wij maken gebruik van een payrollbedrijf en hebben hiermee een goede deal waardoor wij jullie een goed tarief kunnen bieden voor onze personele diensten. Het payrollbedrijf is NEN 4400-1 gecertificeerd. Wij werken ook samen met ZZP'ers (die een VAR-verklaring met verleningsbrief hebben).
