CYP Association - Das führende Kompetenzzentrum für modernes Lernen der Schweizer Banken. Das CYP-Bildungskonzept wurde mit der Aufnahme des Unternehmens erstmals per 2004 umgesetzt. Der Auftrag an die neue Institution war, neben der Ausnützung der betriebswirtschaftlichen Effekte „economies of scale“ und „economies of scope“, ein Bildungskonzept zu erstellen, das den zukünftigen Anforderungen der Arbeitswelt sowie der aktuellen Forschung im Bereich Lehren und Lernen entspricht. Damit wurden von Beginn an höchste Standards gesetzt, die die Bildungslandschaft bis anhin noch wenig kannte.
Vorgaben
Die Vorgaben stellen einen hohen Anspruch an die Lernenden, deshalb ist die Auseinandersetzung mit der eigenen Lernstrategie ein wesentlicher Gegenstand des CYP-Bildungskonzepts: Die Fähigkeit zur Einschätzung des eigenen Lernstands, um festzustellen, wo Unsicherheiten sowie Lücken sind und um richtig vorzugehen, damit diese Lücken gefüllt werden können.
Erfolgreiche Umsetzung
Das CYP-Bildungskonzept hat sich bewährt und gilt nach wie vor als sehr innovativ. Die Auseinandersetzung mit der Branchenentwicklung, das Einbeziehen von Experten aus den Bereichen Pädagogik, Hirnforschung, Medienkompetenz, Lehrmittelproduktion, eigene Beobachtungen, Reflexionen und Diskussionen führen zu einer stetigen Weiterentwicklung und einem gewachsenen Verständnis für die Umsetzung der Kernelemente des CYP-Bildungskonzepts.
