Cíclicas is a non-profit organization born out of the need to value the menstrual cycle and seek strategies to redefine its meaning in a positive way and use it in the most productive manner within a system that is designed for linear models of (re)production. We believe that menstrual health should be approached from a bio-psychosocial perspective and considered a human right. That is why we promote actions that bring menstruation into visibility, breaking taboos, myths, and false beliefs, while also advocating for the use of sustainable products for blood collection management. We advocate for self-awareness of the female body through cyclical processes as a source of empowerment and autonomy.
