Launched in 2024 as a natural evolution of D&T Mechanical Services, D&T Offsite Solutions was founded by Darren Dean and Thomas Smith to meet the growing industry demand for smarter, more sustainable construction methods.
With decades of hands-on experience in mechanical services and fabrication, our team specialises in delivering high-quality, pre-fabricated solutions that streamline on-site construction, reduce project timelines, and ensure consistent quality from start to finish.
Based in Coventry, our dedicated offsite facility is fully equipped to handle large-scale production, from modular frames to fully integrated MEP systems. Backed by a skilled team of designers, coded welders, MEP installers, and QA specialists, we take pride in providing a complete offsite offering tailored to each project.
What We Do
We provide a full range of services to work from project inception to completion:
• Design for Manufacture & Assembly (DfMA)
• Pipework & spool fabrication (MMA, TIG, MIG, copper, uPVC, and more)
• Modular frameworks & MEP skids
• Packaged plantrooms
• Custom steel frameworks & plant bases
Serving sectors including healthcare, education, data centres, infrastructure, and residential, we work closely with Tier 1 contractors and end users to simplify complexity and deliver results.
