Somos a DAARK, David e Flávia. Conhecemo-nos na faculdade de arquitetura no Porto, onde a nossa paixão pela arquitetura e um pelo outro começaram. Dessa união, nasceu a nossa filha, o nosso "melhor projeto". Após alguns anos no Porto, mudámo-nos para S. Miguel, onde, após projetos individuais, decidimos formar uma equipa.
Com as influências insulares do David e as raízes continentais da Flávia, cruzamos contextos que enriquecem a nossa vida pessoal e profissional. Ao longo do processo criativo, juntamos a visão e as competências de cada um. O nosso trabalho reflete a interação entre nós, o diálogo com os clientes e uma grande paixão pela arquitetura e pelos Açores.
Para nós cada projeto é mais do que uma construção, é a materialização de uma história única que reflete a essência das pessoas que estão no centro dos nossos projetos.
We are DAARK, David and Flávia. We met at architecture university in Porto, where our passion for architecture and for each other began. From this union, our daughter was born, our ‘best project’. After a few years in Porto, we moved to São Miguel, where, after individual projects, we decided to form a team.
With David's island influences and Flávia's continental roots, we cross contexts that enrich our personal and professional lives. Throughout the creative process, we bring together each other's vision and skills. Our work reflects the interaction between us, the dialogue with our clients and our great passion for architecture and the Azores.
For us each project is more than a construction, it is the realization of a unique story that reflects the essence of people at the heart of our projects.
