dabei–austria setzt sich dafür ein, dass Menschen mit Behinderungen eine faire berufliche Chance der Integration in den allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt haben bzw. Jugendlichen Perspektiven in Bezug auf ihr künftiges Berufsleben aufgezeigt werden.
dabei–austria tritt für die Gleichstellung von Menschen mit Behinderungen im Sinne der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention ein und zeigt gesellschaftspolitische Benachteiligungen und Problemfelder auf. Er ist verbindendes Glied und Kommunikationsplattform zwischen den Mitgliedern auf der einen Seite und Verwaltung, Politik und Fördergebern auf der anderen Seite. Auch auf europäischer Ebene setzt sich der Dachverband für die Weiterentwicklung der beruflichen Integration ein und sorgt für den nötigen transnationalen Informations- und Erfahrungstransfer von und nach Österreich.
