In 2003 Paul Fitzpatrick took over as CEO and steered Dallen down a new path, focusing on developing innovative bespoke designs for the world's leading brands. By sourcing special fabrics from Europe and incorporating them into smart, sophisticated designs, Dallen have established a solid reputation and a list of longstanding, loyal clients which includes Chanel, Palazzo Versace, Crown, and Estee Lauder. At Dallen, we believe strongly in supporting local Australian suppliers. We have extensive facilities for manufacturing any type of garment here in Australia and the majority of our product is still made locally in Sydney. We do however offer an offshore manufacturing option for larger orders.

Our in-house team - from the skilled craftspeople cutting and sewing to our experienced, expert designers - are fully equipped to tackle any creative brief. We are adamant about adopting a fresh approach, and no two luxury uniforms Dallen create are ever the same.
Over the years Dallen have amassed a huge fabric library, featuring textiles handpicked from around the world for their unique aesthetic attributes and excellent quality.
In addition to curating an outstanding collection of design ingredients, Dallen routinely work with the world's leading mills to create new fabrics that suit specific client needs. Our luxury uniforms are made to withstand the requirements of daily laundering without ever sacrificing on style. Every aspect of fit and wearability is considered, particularly as it relates to the work performed and its environment.
