- Veröffentlichung der Materialien und Publikationen in gedruckter und digitaler
Form;
- Weiterbildung und Fortbildung der arabischstämmigen Augenärzte;
- Erfahrungsaustausch mit ähnlichen Organizationen, Institutionen, Universitäten, Krankenhäusern in Deutschland und weltweit.
- Organisation und Teilnahme an humanitären, gemeinnützigen und
mildtätigen Aktionen (z.B. ärztliche Versorgung, Lieferung von medizinischen Hilfsgütern...) und Hilfskonvoi in Deutschland und weltweit.

الجمعية الألمانية العربية لطب العيون DAOG هي جمعية غير ربحية، وقد تم تأسيسها في 2021.11.27 من قبل أطباء العيون من أصل عربي يمارسون المهنة في ألمانيا.
الغرض من الجمعية هو تعزيز المعرفة والبحث والتعليم في مجال طب العيون. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تدعم ال DAOG أعضائها علمياً ومهنياً وتشجع التعليم المستمر لأطباء العيون من أصل عربي والتواصل فيما بينهم.
يتم تحقيق ذلك من خلال التدابير التالية:
