Before that, he was the VP of Product Development and Professional Services at Ingenuity Systems where he helped the company grow from a stealth startup to one of the most successful commercial biomedical informatics companies in the world and produced the most comprehensive biomedical knowledge base, ontology, and analysis applications. Tuan has a successful track record of developing teams from scratch and achieving double-digit annual revenue growth and CSAT scores in the high 90s.
