Wie is Stichting Dawah-Groep?
Stichting Dawah-Groep is een jonge dynamische organisatie die gevormd wordt uit een netwerk van personen en organisaties uit hoofdzakelijk de stad Utrecht. Dawah-Groep wil graag dit netwerk verder verbreden en verdiepen om een dynamische kracht te vormen die in de behoeftes kan voorzien van personen met verschillende achtergronden. Dawah-Groep richt haar activiteiten hoofdzakelijk -maar niet uitsluitend- op de regio Utrecht.
De organisatie tracht haar doel onder meer te verwezenlijken door het (doen) organiseren van GRATIS cursussen, congressen, workshops en andere bijeenkomsten met een sociaal en/of educatief karakter in diverse vormen voor uiteenlopende doelgroepen.
Om de vastgestelde doelen te bereiken en de strategie van het bestuur uit te voeren zijn er enkele belangrijke kernprincipes op een rij gezet die de basis vormen van de manier van werken van het bestuur. Deze principes hebben betrekking op de manier waarop het bestuur haar taken uitvoert, hoe de omgang is met vrijwilligers, de eigen achterban en de manier waarop omgesprongen wordt met alle overige externe belanghebbenden. De vastgestelde kernprincipes zijn de volgenden: professionaliteit, transparantie, en integriteit.
