Since 2004, I've navigated the path to market for over a dozen MedTech technologies and led innovation-focused teams at the product, program and business level.
I’ve driven development and product launches for vascular (drug-eluting balloons, catheters), advanced therapeutics (point-of-care cell therapy, infusion needles) and orthopedic medical devices (sports medicine instrumentation, suture anchors) for large corporations, incubators/accelerators, and startups.
Despite the many successes, there were promising technologies that never made it to market.
