Oprichter Thomas Wijns
Als gediplomeerd zytholoog (bierexpert) heeft Thomas Wijns een passie voor ambachtelijk gebrouwen bieren. Na zijn opleiding aan de Hotelschool The Hague werkte hij als manager bij biercafé Arendsnest en freelance biertrainer. In 2018 richte hij De Bierbalie op om zijn passie voor bier te delen. Daarnaast geeft hij regelmatig lezingen en workshops aan horecaprofessionals in het buitenland.
