In de tijd van de smartphone hebben steeds meer jongeren moeite om zich los te rukken van het scherm. Hun interpersoonlijke vaardigheden lijden daar onder, maar ook schoolprestaties en vriendschappen gaan achteruit!
Wij geloven dat bordspellen hierbij kunnen helpen! Onderzoek wijst uit dat bordspellen een manier zijn om 21e eeuwse vaardigheden zoals planning, samenwerking, communicatie en impulscontrole te trainen.
Daarom bieden wij spellen aan als workshops om aan deze vaardigheden te werken. Hierbij gebruiken wij spellen gekozen voor Mensa Select en spellen aangeraden door Marion van den Heuvel, PhD - Assistent Professor Neuropsychologie aan Tilburg University.
Daarnaast zetten wij bordspellen in als manier om hoogbegaafde kinderen creatieve en intellectuele uitdaging te bieden. Uitdaging die ze missen op school en hard nodig hebben voor hun ontwikkeling van executieve vaardigheden.
Ook werken we met kinderen op het autisme spectrum om ze in een gestructureerde omgeving te laten werken aan samenwerking, communicatie, creativiteit en inlevingsvermogen.
