De activiteiten zijn gericht op plezier, ontspanning, ontmoeting en verbinding. Zo draagt De Klup bij aan het vergroten van de zelfstandigheid van haar deelnemers, participatie in de samenleving en vermindering van het gevoel van eenzaamheid.
Het hart van De Klup wordt gevormd door zo’n 200 vrijwilligers die ondersteuning krijgen van enthousiaste beroepskrachten en een administratief team.
