Welkom bij De Nutritheker! Het kennisplatform dat is opgericht door Rinske Pauw. Rinske is een ziekenhuisapotheker die farmaceutische kennis over de interactie tussen voeding en geneesmiddelen en leefstijlverbetering bij elkaar brengt en met anderen deelt. Het speelveld is breed, de missie helder en haar enthousiasme groot.
Rinske: “Als apotheker ben ik opgeleid in geneesmiddelenkennis, de distributie en het bereiden ervan. In de tijd dat ik in het ziekenhuis werkte, heb ik meer over medicatie geleerd en ontdekte tegelijkertijd de keerzijde: bijwerkingen. Door toenemende kennis over voeding en de interacties met geneesmiddelen, begrijp ik steeds beter hoe sommige bijwerkingen ontstaan of voorkomen kunnen worden. Deze expertise deel ik met mijn (toekomstige) collega’s in de zorg. Bewustwording is nodig om de risico’s bij het gebruik van medicijnen te verminderen, ziekenhuisopnames en milieuschade te voorkomen en de kosten van de gezondheidszorg in de hand te houden. Dat is mijn passie, dat is waarin ik oprecht geloof.”
