This life mantra was developed from Stephen’s earliest memories.
As a schools sports captain or as an academic principle he always sort out others to elevate and advance.
A ferocious reader, it was Bill Gate’s book The Road Ahead that changed his life.
Within months of the book, newly married, he set out to gain international experience in IT and consultancy.
He worked for: UK military, Virgin Media, Cable & Wireless, British Telecom, with and for Microsoft, Ernst & Young, PA Consulting.
Whilst on contract for the London Underground, his life and career changed during the 2005 London terror attack.
Days after the attack, he began working on intelligence and passport services with the UK Foreign Office, UK Passport Service and US Homeland Security.
Living and working out of London, Paris and Washington DC.
During this period, Stephen lost his wife, beginning his journey into the behavioural and psychological human drivers in, challenge, trauma, and overwhelm.
It was not an academic or PHD route Stephen took, it was his real world experience, ferocious learning that had him complete a compressive understanding on human emotion.
The HumanXai platform, his consulting, coaching and mentorship were developed over the next 2 decades.
Stephen also travelled extensively to Asia, establishing De Sede Pledge to Aid, De Sede Futures, feeding and sponsorship programs.
