Je voelende vermogen inzetten om veerkrachtiger in het leven te staan. Je bewuster worden van je eigen lijf, je gevoelens en je reactie daarop. Wat doe jij in contact met anderen. Vanuit verbondenheid met je lijf, kom je authentiek over. Je communiceert hierdoor helder en duidelijk.
Als haptotherapeut begeleid ik mensen in hun hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Ik nodig ze uit naar hun eigen verhaal te kijken, ik loop een tijdje met ze op, totdat ze zelf weer verder kunnen.
Bij kinderen en jongeren ligt voelen nog zo op de voorgrond. Het komt voor dat door omstandigheden één beweging/patroon heel goed getraind wordt dat er weinig ander in lijkt te kunnen worden gezet. Ik begeleid hierin ouder en kinderen om weer in beweging te komen en ook te leren in dat wat ze minder lijken in te zetten.
Binnen teams kijk ik naar de interactiedynamiek, hoe verhouden mensen zich tot elkaar. En hoe verhoudt zich dit tot de hulpvraag. Door vaak kleine veranderingen is er een groot verschil in de manier hoe teams met elkaar samenwerken.
