I am a residential real estate broker with over 36 years of experience selling co-ops, condos & townhouses in Manhattan. I have also marketed new development buildings from their inception to completion.
Over the years, I developed a team of solid, knowledgeable brokers so that we could effectively handle the business that has come to us and continue to provide a high level of customer service. In addition to brokers, we have a strong marketing and administrative team that has been working together 10+ years. This team enables the brokers to do what they do best: Oversee the individual marketing campaigns, show apartments/houses and sell effectively.
We consistently ranked among the top 5 since joining the Corcoran Group in 2001 and are regarded as top Residential Real Estate brokers citywide.
We are known as innovators in marketing apartments, often the first to come up with creative ideas. We were among the first to create a quarterly newsletter on the State of the Manhattan Residential Real Estate market which we have been sending since 1988.
