DeepLabs manages specific buildings for innovation sectors, featuring laboratory spaces, manufacturing facilities, clean rooms, and offices with access to common services such as restaurants, auditoriums, event and meeting rooms, parking, and fitness areas, among other general services.
MaSID (Madrid Science & Innovation District) comprises two campuses. One is located in Tres Cantos, covering an area of 70,000 sqm, with 15 buildings and more than 3,000 professionals. The second campus includes 15,000 sqm located in Fuencarral, with 4 buildings situated in the city center and excellent connections to major business centers, universities, research institutions, and hospitals.
BaSID (Barcelona Science & Innovation District) with 5 buildings and 75,000 sqm cover the high demand of spaces in Barcelona.
The districts are dedicated to areas such as pharma, biotech and medtech, aerospace, engineering, robotics, software, defence and mobility, among others
