Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Felsefe Topluluğu, bir öğrenci organizasyonudur. DEFEL'in amacı; felsefenin günlük hayatımızdaki yerini gösterebilmek, felsefenin sadece kuramlardan ibaret olmadığını anlatabilmek ve herkesin felsefeyle ilgilenebileceğini kanıtlamaktır.
