Na een loopbaan als ondernemer en adviseur—waarin ik vooral in mijn hoofd leefde—begon ik aan een diepgaande innerlijke reis. Tijdens intensieve opleidingen en een meerjarige retraite in lichaamswerk, traumatherapie, mindfulness, systemisch werk en integrale coaching ontdekte ik hoe bevrijdend het is om echt thuis te komen in mijn lichaam en mijn authentieke zelf.
Sindsdien werk ik als gids voor belichaamd bewustzijn. Ik help mensen loskomen van diepgewortelde patronen, overlevingsmechanismen en innerlijke blokkades, zodat ze weer kunnen leven vanuit rust, helderheid en verbinding.
Mijn aanpak is lichaamsgericht, traumasensitief en intuïtief. In plaats van te focussen op inzichten en analyses, werk ik met wat je lijf vertelt—want dáár ligt de ingang tot echte transformatie. We vertragen, maken ruimte voor wat zich aandient, en werken op het ritme van jouw systeem. Niet door te forceren, maar door aanwezig te blijven bij wat zich wil ontvouwen.
Cliënten omschrijven mijn begeleiding als zacht, afgestemd en diep transformerend. Of we nu online werken, in een 1-op-1 sessie, tijdens een retraite of in een kleine groep: ik bied een veilige bedding waarin jij jezelf kunt ont-moeten—zonder oordeel, met stilte, aanwezigheid en af en toe een onverwachte lach. Soms confronterend, maar altijd uitnodigend.
Mijn kracht ligt in het creëren van ruimte waar je kunt zakken, loslaten en thuiskomen bij wie je ten diepste bent.
