Denny Staschitz has been managing the artistic oeuvre of the Italian painter Walter Baldessarini for more than 10 years. After the artist's death in 2022, the entire estate was added. In 2024, the Walter Baldessarini Foundation was established, which is dedicated to the preservation, archiving and organisation of exhibitions in collaboration with public institutions and museums. In the same year, the art gallery in the centre of Merano moved to new and larger location in Via Dante, where, together with the Walter Baldessarini Foundation, it was able to invest more time in the internationalisation of the artist and at the same time meet the new requirements. In addition to the sale of works and the publication of books, the organisation of exhibitions in cooperation with national and international galleries is the main focus.
