Requirements:
Must consent to Drug Screening.
Must be at least 21 years or older.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record. Able to pass a motor vehicle record check.
Valid AZ driver’s license.
Able to speak and communicate in English.
Must be tech-savvy and able to operate a Smartphone/GPS device with a scanner and team applications.
Must observe all traffic rules and company safety policies at all times.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs packages during an 8-10 hour work shift.
Must be able to handle stressful workloads and driving demands.
Must be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly during an 8-10 hour work shift.
Employment Incentives:
Delivery Associates starting pay range is $17.25-$18.50 an hour. (Starting).
Paid Training.
Paid Overtime (over 40 hours).
Health Insurance and Benefits after 30 days.
Paid Time Off.
We offer full and part-time opportunities.
Weekly Pay Check (Paid every Friday).
Uniforms will be provided Including a shoe program with ZAPPOS.
