I blend human centered design / design thinking with coaching methodologies to do what I call "design-inspired coaching."
Creating a life you never imagined or didn't believe was possible is very much like creating a new-to-the-world product or service. You have to get beyond what your mind thinks is possible, look for inspiration in unexpected places, and be willing to try and fail until something fresh emerges over time.
It's iterative and isn’t always easy, but it's definitely worth it.
