DeTech is a recently established company founded by Mark and Ric Langley (Brothers). Mark Langley has over 25 years of experience in the laboratory service industry spending much of the last 15 years in the IVF sector. Collectively they have over 60 years of combined experience successfully owning and operating multiple business ventures. Their social and business driven entrepreneurial mindset has resulted in multiple successful scalable startup companies and small business. Mark currently owns and operates a company that installs, services and calibrates various laboratory equipment monitoring solutions throughout the country. His years of exposure to laboratory equipment services and monitoring systems throughout the biotech, Pharma, and IVF industries has afforded him a unique overall perspective of the various protocols and parameters implemented for monitoring. (See Marks Bio). DeTech was originally founded with the intent of addressing the deficiencies within the LN2 asset protection. The two almost simultaneous LN2 asset losses in 2018 lead regulatory agencies to dictated more comprehensive monitoring and asset protection. DeTech’s research began with a detailed analysis of the monitoring solutions available. Each solution was studied with the intent of identifying where, why, and how these systems fell short of ultimate asset protection. With this data coupled with our unique perspective we set out to address and remedy each deficiency. We were able to develop and design a protocol for DeTech’s solution within a relatively short period of time. We filed for and hold patent with multiple patents pending. Immediately after filing for patent we set out to develop our solution. The challenges and processes involved in bringing our solution off of paper to reality became much more intricate and demanding than we anticipated.
