Dev Catalyst is a computer coding program for K-12 schools offered through theCO in Jackson, TN. Our mission is to improve technology education as we cultivate the raw tech talent found in students. We serve students from across TN and BEYOND.
Our high school student participants and teachers compete for an all-expense-paid trip to San Francisco where we tour tech companies such as LinkedIn, Google, Pivotal and more. Competition categories include Novice Web Dev, Raspberry Pi and Data Dev. Each competition category requires students to complete team dev projects, as well as, strengthen their professional skills through interviews, digital portfolios and project management.
Dev Catalyst also offers educators professional develop in areas such as web development, physical computing, data management, UX and robotics.
