He has also has held the positions of Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Chief Financial Officer at marketing SaaS pioneer Eloqua (now Oracle) and Senior Director, Strategic Investment at Cognos (now IBM), VP Alliances & Market Development at SDTC ($1 billion Cleantech fund) and Partner at VC firm Jefferson Partners. David began his career as an investment banker on Wall Street (Lazard Frères) and in Canada (BMO Nesbitt Burns).
