Das Sozialunternehmen Dialog macht Schule (DMS) ist eine Bildungs- und Denkwerkstatt an der Schnittstelle zwischen Wissenschaft, Bildungspraxis und Politik. Eines unserer Kernanliegen ist die Erörterung zukunftsorientierter politischer Bildung in einer komplexer werdenden Gesellschaft. DMS ist die Koordinierungsstelle und Mitglied des bundesweiten Kompetenznetzwerks „Demokratiebildung im Jugendalter“ im Bundesprogramm „Demokratie leben!“.
Bei DMS arbeiten wir an der Weiterentwicklung von Themen und Ansätzen in den Bereichen Demokratiebildung und Migrationsgesellschaft. In Zusammenarbeit mit ausgewiesenen Expertinnen und Experten setzen wir uns kritisch mit aktuellen gesellschaftlichen Diskursen zu Migration und Integration, Demokratiebildung und allgemeiner Bildung auseinander und bereiten sie für die bundesweite Fachpraxis auf. In der Webinar-Reihe DMS CAMPUS, in Publikationen oder Fachtagen bringen wir unterschiedliche Stimmen und Perspektiven aus Wissenschaft und Praxis miteinander ins Gespräch.
Dialog macht Schule (DMS) hilft bei der Professionalisierung im Feld der Demokratiebildung. Wir bieten Beratungs- und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen für Fachkräfte, Multiplikator*innen und Organisationen an, wie z.B. Beratungsstipendien für Organisationen und Institutionen mit Demokratiebildungsauftrag oder Weiterbildungsseminare speziell für Führungskräfte in Non-Profit-Organisationen.
Das Sozialunternehmen Dialog macht Schule wird geleitet vom Gründer und Geschäftsführer Hassan Asfour. Unser Team kommt aus den Bereichen Geistes-, Politik- und Sozialwissenschaft sowie Psychologie. Gemeinsam verfügen wir über langjährige Erfahrung in Demokratiebildung im Kontext Migrationsgesellschaft, Qualifizierung, Prozessberatung, Projektmanagement und Organisationsentwicklung.
