Diane’s desire to help nurses in their own well-being emerged from her 23 years as an emergency room nurse. She witnessed and experienced the devastating effects of nurse burnout and wanted to do something about it.
She is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), a designation awarded from client recommendations after speaking at over 100 national conferences and healthcare organizations. She delivers impactful keynotes and training to inspire healthcare professionals to stop living life like an emergency and start living with intention, focused on their own Well-Being.
Her highly interactive programs can be delivered in-person or virtually, in a variety of formats from a 60-minute speech to a full-day training session.
