Met Dichtblij hebben we de ambitie een systeem op de arbeidsmarkt creëren waar mensen eenvoudiger van het ene werk naar het andere gaan. Geen honderden reacties op vacatures, geen honderden sollicitaties versturen, geen eindeloze trajecten, niet (weer) een uitkering aanvragen.
Dichtblij vormt lokaal werk-community's, waarbij werkgevers goede medewerkers, die moeten vertrekken, aanbieden aan collega’s. Andere werkgevers krijgen op deze manier goede kandidaten in hun schoot geworpen. Zo komt zowel het aanbod als de vraag samen, net als op marktplaats en in de kringloopwinkel.
We richten lokaal werk-community’s op waar werkgevers samenwerken en lokaal personeel uit te wisselen. Dat lukt niet in 100% van de gevallen en om die reden leggen we lokaal ook een bestand met werkzoekenden aan. Zo kan de vraag naar medewerkers lokaal gesteld en ingevuld worden.
Wij zien een arbeidsmarkt die uitgaat van gemak, snelheid en kansen.
