Our mission is to help ADHDers disrupt procrastination before it starts. ADHDers experience time blindness, executive dysfunction, poor working memory, and rejection sensitivity which all lead to severe procrastination. In spite of that, we still have long term goals we want to accomplish, people we want to show up for, and things we need to get done everyday.
Overcoming procrastination on our own is not easy and ADHD can make it feel like our brains prioritize stimulation over everything else. Even when we know our ambitions are worth pursuing, it can be hard to trust ourselves because of internalized ableism. The key is to reintroduce our priorities in stimulating ways, making them less easy to ignore.
