As founders, we were dedicated to using our knowledge of mindfulness, self-management, empathy and life issues to develop trainings that make a difference and have a lasting impact. Since 1997, thousands of participants have taken part in our trainings. We know from a lot of people that this has had a lasting influence on how they deal with themselves and others.
Our experience with deeper psychological contexts also shapes the development of the coaching qualification "Psychology of Change - Emotionally Intelligent Coaching", which has been offered since 2002. We have thus designed a further training course that integrates valuable approaches from Hakomi and Internal Family Systems, among others, in coaching with managers. Over 300 coaches have been trained by us.
