Digicom is integrated with CDS, Irish Revenue, and TSS, enabling us to efficiently complete declarations for Northern Ireland, Great Britain, and Ireland from our headquarters in Loughgall.

To illustrate the power of Digicom, without EDI/API capability, we can process loads with 2000 commodity codes, multiple world origins, and up to 10 ‘Y codes’ per item in under 20 minutes. Digicom works extremely well with large groupage loads.
Compliance is a key part of our service. Using AI, our internal compliance team and our data engine, we have kept our compliance rate below 1% in all of 2024 (UK average 5%). We have also completed audits from HMRC and Irish revenue.
To meet our clients’ needs, we have established partnerships across Europe, including France, Germany, Norway, Belgium, Holland, Poland, Italy, Monaco, Switzerland, Czech Republic, and more. This allows us to offer a ‘one-stop service’ for customs clearances.
To demonstrate our continued progress and growth, we recently launched a new office in Poland and recruited local Polish experts to help our clients for all their movement requirements. Soon be opening two more offices in Holyhead and London. In 2024, we have been honoured with several awards, including Team of the Year, Family Business of the Year, Outstanding Innovation, and the Innovation Award.
