Fondé en 2017 par Benoît Chaigneau, ancien maître de chai dans le val de Loire (Vouvray, Muscadet), le Distiloire produit des spiritueux artisanaux bio de qualité.
Plantes biologiques et/ou biodynamiques, distillation traditionnelle, élaboration en petits lots, saveur des produits et complexité aromatique sont les fondements des alcools produits au Distiloire.
A ce jour, six produits composent la gamme :
-> Gin 1924 - 43% vol. - London Dry Gin distillé dans un alambic chauffé au bois.
-> Pastis Meskad (édition classique ou "La Grue Jaune") - 45% vol. - Anisé complexe et rafraîchissant, élaboré avec plus de 20 plantes et épices.
-> Spiced Rhum 5.5 - 40% vol. - La rencontre d'un Rhum paraguayen et de 5 plantes et épices. Finition de 5 mois en fût de vins de Loire liquoreux.
-> Liqueur de Café Bold Crew - 20% vol. - Toute l'intensité d'un café d'Ethiopie torréfié en Bretagne dans une liqueur gourmande.
-> Vermouth Douce Folie BLANC ou ROUGE - 17% vol. - Apéritifs à base de vins locaux (Muscadet, Cabernet Franc), associés à une quinzaine de plantes et épices.
